For Creating QC request we understand about which type of Request.
QC department requests for samples to test against the GRN for performing Quality Control checks.
Go to Quality Control and select QC Request as below shown in picture.
Now Enter the basic details.While Creating the New GRN.
- Enter the GRN No. and Click to Get Data button and all the boxes in that GRN get listed in the lower window.
- From these boxes user can request a sample from any of the boxes by clicking on the check box in front of the box, and then click on save or print the receipt shown as below picture.
- Now, if we want Reject QC Request then Click to Reject button, but remember that if QC request is in Process then no Rejected.
Now we want to details with help of Box Number or find any Box Number then enter the Box Number in the Find Box then Load details with entered Box Number shown as below picture.
