For Creating PO Requisition Approval , First We understand Approval.

purchase order requisition can be Approved or Rejected and also View Details.

Go to PrePurchase and select PO Requisition Approval shown as below in picture.

Now User can Approved,Rejected and View Details with given Link button Approve, Reject and PO Details.
