For Creating PO Amendment (PO Change) , First We understand PO Amendment.
Any amendments or alterations to the purchase order can be made by filling the information about the PO
Note :Any kind of amendments or alteration to the PO can be made before it gets approved.
Go to PrePurchase and select PO Amendment shown as below in picture.
Now Enter the basic details.While Creating the PO Amendment.
- Enter the PO number and Click to System Tab buttton then load details respectively entered PO number.
- Now enter the Remarks and Click to SAVE button and Changed PO number.
