Auto PO Close

For Creating Auto PO Close We understand about Auto PO Close.

Suppose we create a Quotation (“201”) corresponding to vendor “MR V1” which validity date is 01- Jan-2016 to 31- dec-2016. And we create PO (“1001”,”1002”,”1003”) corresponding to the Quotation (“201”). These PO valid up to December months. And we receive some Item corresponding to these PO. Now in mid-September “Mr. V1” increase Quotation Price. So Account team create a new Quotation (“202”) which are valid from 01-oct-2016 to 31- dec-2016 so now we our account team set these quotation (“1001”,”1002”,”1003”) auto close mode on date “30 -sep-2016” so that on 30-sep-2016 at 12 AM System Automatically close those PO and Generate the new PO corresponding to new Quotation “202” for Balance Quality.

Go to PrePurchase and Select Report and also Select the Auto PO Close From the Menu shown as below Image.

Now Select the Item And Click on Get Data Button then Load details shown as below Image.

Now Check the PO Which User wanted to close the PO on Specific Date.
And Now click on save Data button.
And To see the Report click on Report Button.
