This form is used to verify the Dispatch plan by the Outward, when the Manager asks the Outward for verification of any dispatch plan, as to verify, if that dispatch can be made or not according to the Outward status.
Go to Outward then click on dispatch plan verify as shown in picture below.
User enters the Dispatch No. and clicks on Get Data, and the data gets populated,. Now the Outward user can Approve or Reject the request.
