This form is used to give approval to the pick list request made by Outward, outward user himself gives this approval after the necessary action has been taken by the MWH and retail section.
Go to Outward then click on Pick List Approval as shown in picture below.
User selects Retail Item Received from the drop down request type and clicks on Get Data, and the data gets populated, and the user then clicks on Save button.
