This form use for create a Dispatch Plan Approval/Rejection or Send to verify to Outward by manager
Go to Manager then click on dispatch plan apporaval as shown in picture below.
User enters the Dispatch no. and clicks on Get Data, the Data gets populated. Now the Dispatch request can be approved/rejected or sent for verification to MWH manager.
User can also click on Report and see the list of approved and pending Dispatch plans.
